Aliens Developers Pvt Ltd - Aliens Group, in the name of Intelligent Living has duped 1000s of potential investors by collecting over 600 Cr of rupees since 2006-07. Majority of them are the IT employees who fallen into their prey of cheating by showcasing Intelligent home automation and High-fy Ads in the daily news papers.
The builders had engaged with many media companies like Bennett & Coleman Pvt Ltd, Jagathi Publications to publicize their business positively and to attract common investors.
They had duped these potential investors to provide residential apartments in Aliens Space Station 1, Tellapur, Hyderabad with 2182 units. Out of which over 170-200 flats are structurally constructed and 40 families are residing illegally. Some residents took the possession considering the fraud and unable to bear the rental costs with no IT benefits but ended up paying hefty EMIs. Over 13 bankers collided with this Builder with SBI as majority disbursed loans of 300 Customers without verifying the project status.
Aliens Group had illegally made the agreement of sale with many customers and provoked to pay 95% of money. As many are IT employees roaming around the world, they had fallen into their trap of beliving without seeing the construction. This made Aliens Group to sell each flat to multiple customers and made money out of it.
Over 40 FIRs are registered in 2015 and there is no action on the chargesheet shows you how they are managing the Government and Politics especially in Telangana. Over 300 cases in consumer forums are being dragged intentionally with no reason.
