Aliens Space Station, Tellapur, False Agreements

Hi, I did some research about Aliens Space and I really liked the project as I felt it is very unique. Many of my friends and relatives has told me not to go for this builder as there was lot of delays and also negative feedback on the internet. When I talked to their marketing executive, they convinced me that they had problems earlier, but now Edelweiss has agreed to do the funding. This happened in 2015 and inspite of negativity I booked an apartment as I really liked the project. Marketing team had promised me to provide the possession by Jan 2017 and when I visited the site, I saw that work is happening so I hoped it would be complete and booked it in 2015. They told agreement will be prepared only after I pay 20% of the amount, so I payed it as I wanted to proceed. After paying 20% amount, I have followed up for the SALE AGREEMENT they have delayed it for 6 months and later they are forcing me to apply for the loan.   Aliens Developers Pvt Ltd - Aliens Group, in the name of Intelligent Living has duped 1000s of potential investors by collecting over 600 Cr of rupees since 2006-07. Majority of them are the IT employees who fallen into their prey of cheating by showcasing Intelligent home automation and High-fy Ads in the daily news papers. The builders had engaged with many media companies like Bennett & Coleman Pvt Ltd, Jagathi Publications to publicize their business positively and to attract common investors. They had duped these potential investors to provide residential apartments in Aliens Space Station 1, Tellapur, Hyderabad with 2182 units. Out of which over 170-200 flats are structurally constructed and 40 families are residing illegally. Some residents took the possession considering the fraud and unable to bear the rental costs with no IT benefits but ended up paying hefty EMIs.
